  1. In a vessel, boil the water and add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and add cauliflower florets. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Chop the onion, slit green chillies and keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Add onion and chillies followed by chopped garlic pods and fry for 2 – 3 mins.
  5. Into this, add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add a little water to make a paste.
  7. Add the florets and mix well with masala and cook for about 8 mins.
