Ingredients
  • Chicken – 1/2kg
  • Curd – 4tbsp
  • Pepper – 2tsp
  • Lemon juice – 4tsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste – 2 tsp) –
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) – 2sticks
  • Tomato(large) – 1no
  • Capsicum(optional, medium) – 1no
  • Onion 2nos
  • Oil 3tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Coriander leaves(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken with curd, pepper, lemon juice and 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Fry sliced onions till brown.
  4. Add 1 tsp of ginger/garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add cinnamon and tomato and fry till the oil separates.
  6. Add marinated chicken and capsicum and cook.
  7. Add salt to your taste.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
