  1. For preparing the tasty dish, first take a pressure cooker and add potatoes, onion, tomato, green chillies, garlic, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt and water.
  2. Cook, till the first whistle comes or till the potatoes are cooked.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
  4. Splutter the mustard seeds and add dry chillies and curry leaves.
  5. Add the cooked potato mixture into it and boil for 3 min.
