  1. First boil eggs in water
  2. Remove the shells of egg.
  3. IIn a kadai put oil and add mustard seeds.when it crackles add onions.
  4. Next add chillies and curry leaves.
  5. Fry for some time.
  6. Aadd little water and boil.Add salt also.
  7. Add coconut milk to this.
  8. Mix all together and boil for 5 minutes.
  9. Now egg curry is ready to serve.
