Ingredients
Eggs(hardboiled) –

Onion

Green chillies

Curry leaves
(A few) –

Allpurpose flour(Maida) –

tbsp
Salt
(As reqd) –
Instructions
Cut each
egg
into two halves and take out the yolk with a spoon without breaking the white part.
Chop onions and
green chillies
into small pieces.
Saute
onion
and
green chillies
in
oil
for 5 mins.
Add
curry leaves
.
Add
salt
.
Add the yolk and saute it for 2 mins.
When cool, make small balls and fill this inside the half of the
egg
.
Make a thick batter of maida with
water
and
salt
.
Dip each
egg
piece in maida batter.
Take some
oil
in a frying pan.
Fry both the sides of the
egg
.
:- Be careful when you add
salt
since you add it twice i.e.,in the filling and also in the batter.
