  1. Cut each egg into two halves and take out the yolk with a spoon without breaking the white part.
  2. Chop onions and green chillies into small pieces.
  3. Saute onion and green chillies in oil for 5 mins.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Add the yolk and saute it for 2 mins.
  6. When cool, make small balls and fill this inside the half of the egg.
  7. Make a thick batter of maida with water and salt.
  8. Dip each egg piece in maida batter.
  9. Take some oil in a frying pan.
  10. Fry both the sides of the egg.
  11. :- Be careful when you add salt since you add it twice i.e.,in the filling and also in the batter.
