Ingredients
- King prawns(de-veined and cleaned) - 1/2 kg
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice - 5 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 springs
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing kerala prawn fry, marinate the prawns in a mixture of 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and little water for 1/2 an hour.
- In the same oil, splutter mustard seeds.
- Add in curry leaves, remaining turmeric powder, chilly powder and the half cooked prawns. Cover and allow it to cook on low flame till done. Remove it from the flame.
- Garnish with lime juice and coriander leaves.
- Kerala fried prawns are ready. Serve hot.
