  1. Marinate the cleaned prawns with all the ingredients upto lime juice along with salt and keep it aside for 15 – 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a fry pan and fry the prawns until it turns brown colour.
  3. Add whole small onions, garlic pods, curry leaves and fry it.
  4. Tasty prawns fry is ready to serve. It goes well with rices, chapati.
