For Masala:-
For Pulav:-
  • Basmathi rice – 2cups
  • Hot water 4cups
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Ghee 1 1/2tbsp
  • Yellow color (optional) –
  1. To make Prawn Masala:- 1)Pour oil in a Pressure cooker.
  2. Add cloves, cardamom & onion saute until the onions become light brown color.
  3. Add all other ingredients except coriander leaves.
  4. :- No need to add water.
  5. Cover the lid & cook for 5 mins on low heat.
  6. When it becomes ready, add coriander leaves.
  7. To Make Rice:- 1)Heat ghee in a non-stick kadai.
  8. Add rice and saute for 2 mins.
  9. Add hot water and salt.
  10. Cover the lid & cook on low flame.
  11. For Presentation:- 1)In a plate, make a rice layer followed by a layer of prawn masala .
  12. Repeat the same to make for one more layer.
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  14. :- Serve hot.
