  1. Cut potatoes into very thin slices.
  2. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Mix thoroughy and keep it aside for approximately 1/2 an hour.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  5. Splutter mustard seeds.
  6. Add the marinated potatoes into the pan.
  7. Add some more scoops of oil if required and stir nicely.
  8. Cook the potatoes on low flame with the pan closed.
  9. Keep stirring every 5 mins until the potatoes are evenly fried.
