- Beef - 3/4 Kg
- Green chilly - 15 Nos.
- Curry leaves(One hand full) -
- Ginger(Chopped) - 1 Tbsp
- garlic(Chopped) - 1 Tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric powdee - 1/2 Tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 Tsp
- Corn flour - 3 Tbsp
- Salt(As required) -
- Oil(For frying) -
- Vinegar - 1 Tbsp

- In a bowl add all the powdered masala and vinegar.
- Add beef pieces and mix well still all the masalas are well coated in each pieces.Then close the bowl and keep it in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Keep the fried beef in a bowl.
- Then heat 2 tbsp oil in the same kadai and add crushed ginger garlic,curry leaves and sliced green chilly,saute for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.
- Add fried beef and mix well.remove it from the flame.
