Ingredients
  • Jasmine rice – 1cup
  • Cashew nuts(a handful) –
  • Turmeric(a pinch) –
  • Mustard seeds 1tsp
  • Curry leaves(few) –
  • Green chillie – 1no
  • Red chillie(whole) – 2nos
  • Juice of 1 lemon –
  • Salt(to taste) –
  • Urad dal – 1tbsp
  • Corriander leaves(few) –
Instructions
  1. Boil rice.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and spread in a thali and cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Add mustard seeds, red whole chillie, curry leaves, cashew nuts, urad dal,turmeric powder.
  4. Pour the rice, green chillie and salt and mix well.
  5. Add lemon juice and corriander leaves.
