For preparing the healthy dish, first grate the papaya. Do not grate too thin.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Splutter mustard and add grated papaya, salt and turmeric powder. Saute for 4-5 minutes.
Grind grated coconut and chillies into a coarse paste.
Add the coconut mixture and mix well and cover for a few minutes. Then open the lid and stir fry until dry. The whole method won’t take more than 10 – 15 mts.
