  1. For preparing Kerala Vatta Fish Fry, first marinate the fish pieces with a mixture of ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder. Heat oil in a kadai and fry fish till golden brown for 5 minutes.
  2. When one side is cooked turn the other side.
  3. Now it is ready to serve.
