  • Spring chicken – 700g
  • Green chilly – 2
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
  • Pepper powder 1tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1tsp
  • Shallots – 4
  • Chilly powder – 1tsp
  • Rice flour – 1tsp
  • Lemon juice – 2tsp
  • Dry red chilly – 7
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves(few) –
  • Salt to taste –
  1. For preparing Kethels Chicken, first take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  2. Clean the chicken and drain it. Add lemon juice and salt.
  3. Add pepper powder and mix well. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  4. Grind all other ingredients into a smooth paste.
  5. Marinate the chicken in the grounded masala and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
  6. Heat oil and deep fry the chicken in low flame until cooked. Serve it with puttu, chappathi etc..
