Kothamalli (Coriander Leaves) Rice
Here is a very simple and quick rice recipe with fresh coriander leaves. You do not need much ingredients to prepare this flavorful rice.

  • boiled rice 1cup –
  • coriander leaves 1cup –
  • green chili 2 no. –
  • red chili 2 no. –
  • tamarind small piece –
  • urad dal 2 tsp –
  • Oil : 2 tsp –
  • Mustard : 1/2 tsp –
  1. boil the rice
  2. clean and wash the coriander leaves, and take green chili, red chili, tamarind, urad dal
  3. heat the 1 tsp of oil and fry the urad dal
  4. add green chili, red chili and tamarind and fry it
  5. add coriander leaves and fry it
  6. add salt and allow to cool
  7. grind it and make as paste
  8. now again heat the oil and temper the mustard
  9. now add coriander paste and allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  10. add rice and mix well
  11. kothamalli rice is ready
