  • Kothamalli / Coriander(washed) – 1bunch
  • Shallots(peeled) – 10number
  • Red chilli – 5number
  • Tamarind 1piece
  • Coconut 2slices
  • Urad dal – 1tsp
  • Channa dal – 1tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Gingelly oil 2tbsp
  • Mustard – 1/4tsp
  • Asafeotida – 1/2tsp
  1. Keep all Ingredients ready to start this recipe
  2. In pan add gingelly oil and add urad dal and channa dal fry till the aroma comes
  3. Now add shallots saute well
  4. Now add tamarind and red chilli and saute well
  5. Now add Coriander Leaves and saute
  6. Now add coconut mix well and salt as required
  7. rest for 10 mins to cool and grind well
  8. Now its ready to serve with hot idly. can serve for dosa, chappathi as i said in description. enjoy
