No fail, recipe with all the flavor of traditional Kulfi

  • Bread slices(crust removed) – 2nos
  • Pistachios(Pista) – 12
  • Cardamom powder(Elakka) – 1/2tsp
  • Condensed milk 1can
  • Saffron 2strands
  • Whipping cream 1pint
  1. Blend bread along with the rest of the ingredients in a blender or mixie, until smooth.
  2. Pour into any freezable container and freeze, until set (approximately 3 hours).
  3. :- You can substitute pistachios for cashew, almonds or even use mango pulp for mango kulfi. This kulfi has been a huge success at potluck dinners!!!!
