  1. In a wok heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Saute onions till translucent and add green chillies. Add required salt. :- Do not over fry the onions.
  2. Add ladies finger and sautT for a few minutes.
  3. Add tomato and allow to boil. Do not add any water. Check salt and add more if required.
  4. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add curry leaves. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
