  1. For preparing ladies finger in curd, first cut ladies finger in slices.
  2. Whip the curd and turmeric.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard, fenugreek and curry leaves. Add onion and green chillies.
  4. Add ladies finger and fry well.
  5. Add curd, salt and cook in low flame.
  6. Ladies finger in curd is ready.
