- Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing ladies finger/vendakka fry, first chop vegetable into small round shapes.
- Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add onion and green chillies. Fry for few seconds.
- Fry well. Do not add water into it.
- Cover with lid and cook.
- Stir in between.
- Ladies finger/vendakka fry is ready.
