Vendakka Mezhukkupuratti

  1. For preparing ladies finger/vendakka fry, first chop vegetable into small round shapes.
  2. Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add onion and green chillies. Fry for few seconds.
  3. Add ladies finger, turmeric and salt.
  4. Fry well. Do not add water into it.
  5. Cover with lid and cook.
  6. Stir in between.
  7. Ladies finger/vendakka fry is ready.
