Heat ground nut oil in a vessel and saute the paste until a nice smell comes.
Add the fish pieces, mix well and remove it from the flame.
In another vessel, mix in fish stock, coconutmilk, rice flour, pepper powder, salt, a little water, bamboo shoots and gram flour. Allow the mixture to boil stirring it continuously to avoid lumps. Let the bamboo shoots become tender.
Then add in the lady fish mixture and noodles. Allow it to boil and remove it from the flame.
