Instructions
For preparing lamb with
curry leaves
, heat the
oil
in a vessel.
Fry the
onion
,
ginger
,
garlic
and
curry leaves
until the
onion
becomes transparent.
Add the curry powder, chilly, five-spice powder,
turmeric
and
salt
.
Then add in the lamb. Keep mixing it well over low flame till it becomes light brown and the
oil
separates. Cover the pan and allow it to cook.
Pour in the
coconut
milk
and allow it to simmer till the liquid evaporates.
Lamb with
curry leaves
is ready. Serve hot with bread.
