  1. For preparing lapsi, melt ghee in a pan and fry the broken wheat till golden brown.
  2. Add 1 cup of boiling water and cook over low flame till the mixture thickens.
  3. Stir in aniseed, cardamom powder, coconut and sugar. Cook till thick.
  4. Garnish with almonds.
  5. Lapsi is ready.
