Ingredients
- Left over boneless chicken(grilled or fried) - 300 g
- Lettuce leaves(chopped) - 150 g
- Celery stalks(chopped) - 2 nos
- Salad cucumber(cubed) - 1/2 no
- Parsley(chopped) - 1 spring
- Peanuts(chopped) - 25 g
- Mozzarella cheese(grated) - 125 g
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Mustard sauce - 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds(Ellu) - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing left over chicken salad, in a small bowl mix in olive oil, soya sauce, sesame seeds, mustard sauce and pepper powder. Keep this sauce aside.
- Pour in the sauce and mix well.
- Left over chicken salad is ready. Serve immediately.
