Ingredients
  • Boiled rice : 1 cup –
  • Egg 3 no. –
  • Onion : 1/2 no –
  • capsicum 1/2 no. –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Pepper : 1 tsp –
  • Garam masala : 1/2 tsp –
  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp –
  • Oil to deep fry –
Instructions
  1. finely chop Onion, capsicum
  2. heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion and capsicum
  3. add egg and mix it
  4. add salt, pepper, garm masala and cumin powder and mix it
  5. cook until the egg get scramble
  6. once it get scramble add boiled rice and mix well
  7. now left over egg rice is ready
