  1. For preparing lemon rice v brahmin special, cook raw rice in cooker and allow it cool by spreading it in a flat plate.
  2. Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, urad dal and chana dal. Add red chillies, green chillies and curry leaves.
  3. Add gingelly oil to the fried item and then turmeric powder.
  4. Add rice into this mixture and sautT well.
  5. Add salt and asafoetida.
  6. Add lemon juice and mix well to make a homogenous mixture.
  7. Lemon rice v brahmin special, a tasty rice recipe is ready. Serve with pickle and pappad.
