Lemon Rice

  1. Cook rice with2 cup of water in oven.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds,urad dal, and dry red chilly.Saute till the dal turns golden.
  3. Add curry leaves, and peanuts,continue to saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add salt ,turmeric powderand asafoetida to this and continue saute for 2 more minutes.
  5. Then we can add cashewnuts to thisand mix.
  6. Add rice and salt and mix well.add lemon juice to this and mix well.
  7. Cook on a low flame for 2 minutes.
  8. Now lemon rice is ready to serve.
