Ingredients
  • Chilli pieces : 3 tsp –
  • Red onions or a small Bombay onion : 10 nos –
  • Lime Juice : Half of a lime –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Umbalakada (Maldive fish) : 1 no –
Instructions
  1. Cut onions into small pieces, add chilli pieces, add the lime Juice and salt.

  4. Mix all well with Maldive fish (If have).
  5. This is very good with roti, kiri bath (milk rice) and appam (Hoppers).
