Coconut

Jaggery

Sugar

Cardamom
powder(Elakka) –

(As reqd) –
Sugar

Ghee
(As reqd) –
Instructions
Mix together
coconut
,
jaggery
and
cardamom
. keep it aside.
Make a dosa consistency batter by mixing together
wheat flour
,
egg
,
salt
,
sugar
and required
water
.
On a hot tava(pan), apply
ghee
. Pour the batter and make a dosa. Put some
ghee
on the sides and roast it.
When both the sides are done, add the sweet mixture and fold to one side. Roast again for a few seconds and take out of the flame. Serve hot.
