Madhulai Pachadi
Pachadi is a popular side dish from South India and usually served with rice. It is also made with curd which is just like raita and can be prepared in 10 minutes. I love pomegranates and add them even in curd rice or raita. They add such colour and sweetness even to a pale looking pachadi

  • Madhulai / pomegranate 1/2 cup –
  • Onion : 1 no –
  • Curd : 1 cup –
  • Green chili 1 no. –
  • Ginger : small piece –
  • Salt to taste –
  1. Slice the onion, chop the green chili and ginger
  2. In a bowl add curd, sliced onion, green chili, ginger, salt and mix it
  3. add pomegranate and mix it
  4. Madhulai pachadi is ready to serve
