Malai Dal Spinach
This is very good to health. Malai is finally added in dal spinach curry. It tastes good and awesome

  • Toor dal 1/2cup
  • Spinach(Any Kind) – 1bunches
  • Shallots – 10nos
  • Tomato 1chopped
  • Dry chilly – 3
  • Fresh cream 3tbsp
  • Mustard – 1tsp
  • Jeera – 1/2tsp
  • Fenugreek – 1/4tsp
  • Oil 2tsp
  • Salt(As per taste) –
  1. In a pressure cooker cook toor dal
  2. Add chopped spinach, then mix well
  3. Now add shallots, tomato, chilly and 1/4 cup of water.
  4. Now allow to cook for 2 whistles.
  5. Now temper with mustard, jeera and fenugreek.
  6. Now add dal spinachin and bring to boil for 5 minutes.
  7. Now add fresh cream/ malai in spinach mixture.
  8. Now the Malai Dal Spinach is ready to serve.
