  • Potato(cut into small cubes) – 1/4kg
  • Shallots(finely chopped, Kunjulli) – 6nos
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) – 2nos
  • Ginger(finely chopped) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Oil for frying –
  • Yoghurt/curd(As reqd) –
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 1tbsp
  1. Cook the potatoes along with salt for 3 – 5 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Deep fry the potatoes and keep aside.
  4. Take a bowl and add shallots, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and the fried potatoes.
  5. Add salt, if required and mix well.
  6. Beat yoghurt well and add it to the above ingredients, just before serving.
  7. :- Serve with any kind of variety rice, biryani or even with any Indian breads.
