  • Allpurpose flour(Maida) – 1cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2cup
  • Raisins(Onakka munthiri) – 1/2cup
  • Sugar syrup – 200ml
  • Ghee (for frying) –
  1. Mix flour and milk to a smooth batter. Add raisins and mix well. If it is too thick, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency.
  2. Heat a non stick pan on a medium heat.
  3. Spread a tsp of ghee on it.
  4. Drop one-third cupful batter onto the pan. Do not spread.
  5. Cook for a minute or till the edges can be lifted.
  6. Turn the pancake. Cook for another 30 to 45 seconds.
  7. Dip it in the sugar syrup for 3 minutes.
  8. :- Serve hot.
