- Mango chutney - 2 tbsp
- Lime juice - 1 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing mango chicken, remove the meat from the chicken and dice it into bite sized cubes. Place it in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the dressing ingredients and pour it over the chicken pieces. Mix well.
- Line a dish with lettuce and pour the chicken mixture over it.
- Wash, peel the mango and slice it.
- Cut the honeydew melon into half, remove the seeds and make flesh into balls with a small scoop.
- Decorate the chicken with the mango slices and melon balls.
- Garnish with lime slices.
- Mango chicken is ready.
