Ingredients
  • Alphonso mango pulp – 3cups
  • Thick milk 2litres
  • Condensed milk 2tins
  • Sugar(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. For preparing mango ice cream, bring the milk to a boil, add sugar and let it dissolve completely. Allow it to cool.
  2. Mix in mango pulp and condensed milk.
  3. Freeze well till it sets.
  4. Mango ice cream is ready. Serve chilled.
