Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and deep fry almonds and cashew nuts. Remove it when it becomes light brown.
- In the remaining ghee, fry green cardamoms and soaked rice. Add required salt, turmeric powder and hot water. When rice is cooked, remove from fire and allow it to cool.
- Mix cooked rice with this mixture in a oven-proof glass dish.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degree celcius for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with roasted nuts.
- Mango rice puloa is ready. Serve with chicken curry.
