  1. Cut medium ripe mango into medium pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, put the cut mango pieces along with little water and turmeric and boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Grind coconut with cumin seeds, fenugreek and red chilli powder.
  4. Add it to the mango mixture.
  5. Give it one minute boil.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the beaten curd or yogurt and mix well.
  8. Heat oil in a wok.
  9. Splutter mustard and saute whole red chillies, curry leaves and pinch of methi.
  10. Pour it over the mango mixture.
