Ingredients
Chicken –
250
g
Rice flour –
2
cup
Onion
–

Green chilly –
3
Ginger
garlic
paste –

tsp
Turmeric powder

1/2

Red chilly powder –

tsp
Garam masala
(pinch) –
Pepper powder
–
1/2
tsp
Grated
Coconut
–

Curry leaves
(as required) –
Oil

(to taste) –
Instructions
Clean the chicken and marinate it with
chilli powder
,
turmeric powder
and
salt
as required.heat
oil
in a pan and deep fry it.
Mince the chicken pieces
Heat
oil
in a vessel and saute
onion
,
ginger
garlic
paste,green chilly and
curry leaves
till it become soft and brown
Add minced chicken,1/4 tsp
turmeric powder
,
garam masala
and
pepper powder
.saute it again for 2-3 minutes
In a bowl add rice flour and
salt
.add
water
into it and knead well to a smooth dough
Make lemon size balls out of the dough and pat them into small disc.add 1 tbsp chicken masala into it
Make a small ball and roll each prepared balls in the grated
coconut
Steam cook it for 20-25 minutes
Masala rice balls are ready to serve
