  1. Boil together matanga, payar, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Grind coconut. Keep aside.
  3. Mix coconut puree with boiled vegetables. Add jeera powder.
  4. Heat oil in pan. Splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves also.
  5. Mix it with the vegetables.
  6. Matanga Mulosium ready.
