Ingredients
- Meat - 500 g
- Biriyani rice(washed and drained) - 4 cups
- Onion - 4 nos
- Tomato - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 4 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 3 pods
- Cinnamon(A small piece, Karugapatta) -
- Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
- Lemon - 1 no
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Coriander, mint and curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add all masala powders to the meat including pepper powder, garam masala and salt,and keep it aside.
- Add 2 tbsp coconut oil in the pressure cooker and heat. Add sliced onion. After some time, add ginger, garlic, green chillies and tomatoes. 3)Add the above meat into the cooker and add 1 cup of water and cook till done(lower the flame after 1 whistle).
- After boiling that, add the pressure cooked meat(not fully done)to it.
- Add coriander, mint and curry leaves to it. Check for salt and add if needed. 7)Then add the rice and lemon juice and close the pan.
- Lower the flame when rice and water comes in the same level.
- Wait for 10 more min and make dry. Serve hot.
