Milagai Kozhi
This is a traditional south indian style curry. This spicy curry is the best combo with biriyanis and normally prepared on some special occasions.

  • Chicken – 1/2kg
  • Red chili – 10
  • Ginger and garlic 2tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Lime juice – 2tsp
  • Curd – 1cup
  • garlic 6pods
  • Onion 1chopped
  • Coriander(for garnishing) –
  • Oil 3tbsp
  1. Clean and wash chicken and keep aside
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and lime mix well
  3. Now add red chili powder and salt mix well
  4. Now add curd and mix and keep aside marinate for 1/2 hour
  5. In mean time add hot water and soak red chili and keep aside
  6. In pan add oil and saute onion well
  7. Now grind red chili with garlic paste well
  8. Now add marinate chicken, cook half and add salt if needed.
  9. Now add grind red chili paste mix well and cook till it dry.
  10. Now its ready to serve Milagai kozhi
