For preparing milky rice pudding, in a bowl, mix in cooked rice, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla essence, honey, cashew nuts, pistachios, raisins, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and salt to a smooth mixture.
Grease a bowl and pour the rice mixture into it.
Pour water in a pressure cooker and place the rice mixture bowl in the middle. Allow it to cook till done.
Check if the pudding is done by piercing a clean knife in the center. If the knife comes out clean, the pudding is done.
Remove it from the pressure cooker and allow it to cool in room temperature.
