Ingredients
- Mutton mince - 1 cup
- Cottage cheese(finely chopped, Paneer) - 100 g
- Onions(finely cubed) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Potatoes(peeled, boiled and mashed) - 2 nos
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Meat masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder(Jeeraka podi) - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Oil(A reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
For the wraps:
- All purpose flour(sifted, Maida) - 2 cups
- Baking powder(A pinch) -
- Milk(As reqd) -
- Oil(A reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mean while, in a bowl make a dough with maida, baking powder, salt, oil and required milk. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes transparent.
- Add in the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Saute it for 1 minute.
- Then add in turmeric powder, pepper powder, meat masala powder, cumin powder and salt. Saute it for 1 minute on low flame.
- Toss in the drained cooked mince, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mashed potatoes. Mix well.
- Lastly add in the paneer and mix well for 1 minute. Remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.
- Make small balls out of the dough and roll it into small circles.
- Put a spoon full of the mince filling in one of the circle, wrap the two ends and roll it up. Seal the ends with water. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough and filling.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the wraps till it becomes golden brown on all sides.
- Mince cottage cheese wraps are ready. Serve hot as a snack with tea.
