Minced Chicken Kabab

  • Boneless Chicken(minced) – 2cups
  • Onions(minced, medium) – 1no
  • Ginger(minced) – 1/2″piece
  • Garlic cloves(minced) – 3nos
  • Coriander leaves(A bunch) –
  • Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) – 1tsp
  • White Pepper – 1tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1tsp
  • Eggs – 1no
  • Bread crumbs 2tbsp
  • Lemon for garnishing –
  • Spring onions for garnishing –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing Minced Chicken Kabab, first stir in the following ingredients in a bowl: minced chicken, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, white pepper, garam masala and required salt. Grind to a smooth paste.
  2. To the chicken mixture add minced onion, egg and bread crumbs. Grind one more time. Set the mixture aside in fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Shape into sausages, put on greased skewers and grill in an outdoor or indoor grill until the Kebabs are done.
  4. Garnish hot Minced Chicken Kebab with spring onions and lemon wedges.
