  • Mint leaves : 1 cup washed with stems removed –
  • Sugar : 1/2 cup –
  • Water : 1 cup –
  • Lime juice : 1/2 cup freshly squeezed –
  • Ginger : a small piece –
  • Ice cubes : few –
Instructions
  1. Grind mint leaves, sugar, ginger, water and lime juice.
