Parsley

Mint leaves
: few –
Chillies : as needed –
Paneer : 100 gm –
Salt
as needed –
Instructions
In a mixer, grind
mint leaves
parsley
and chillies and makethem into a paste.
Place the paneer in the green chutney and roll it.
Let it marinate for about 2 hours.
Place it in skewers.
Place it in Griller and grill for about 10 minutes in 160C.
When done, serve hot.
