Potatoes(sliced, large) –

Cauliflower(cut into florets, small) –

Brown bread(crushed) –

Cheese(grated) –

Monaco biscuit crumbs(freshly crushed) –

Instructions
For preparing mixed vegetable cutlet, first boil/steam potatoes, cauliflower,
green peas
and carrots till done.
Mash the veggies well and mix together.
Add brown bread, pepper, cheese and required
salt
. Mix well.
Shape into oblong cutlets and deep fry in
oil
until crisp and golden brown in color.
Mixed vegetable cutlet, a nutritious evening time snack is ready. Serve hot.
