Mixed Vegetable Cutlet Easy
Cooked veggies are mashed and mixed to prepare cutlets

Ingredients
  • Potatoes(sliced, large) – 2nos
  • Cauliflower(cut into florets, small) – 1no
  • Green peas 1/2cup
  • Carrots(sliced) – 2nos
  • Brown bread(crushed) – 2slices
  • Black Pepper Powder(As reqd) –
  • Cheese(grated) – 2tbsp
  • Monaco biscuit crumbs(freshly crushed) – 2cups
  • Oil(For frying) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. For preparing mixed vegetable cutlet, first boil/steam potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and carrots till done.
  2. Mash the veggies well and mix together.
  3. Add brown bread, pepper, cheese and required salt. Mix well.
  4. Shape into oblong cutlets and deep fry in oil until crisp and golden brown in color.
  5. Mixed vegetable cutlet, a nutritious evening time snack is ready. Serve hot.
