  • Pizza base(ready(made) – 1 no, ready) –
  • Asparagus spears(cut into pieces) – 125g
  • Broccoli(cut into florets) – 75g
  • Zucchini(sliced) – 60g
  • Spring onions(chopped) – 2nos
  • Fresh basil(chopped) – 1tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese(grated) – 30g
  • Mozzarella cheese(grated) – 30g
  • Black pepper(As reqd, freshly ground) –
  1. For preparing mixed vegetable pizza, first place the pizza base on a greased baking tray.
  2. Arrange asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, spring onions and fresh basil over the dough.
  3. Now, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and ground black pepper on top.
  4. Now we are entering the final stage of our preparation of mixed vegetable pizza. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden in color and crisp.
  5. Mixed vegetable pizza, a yummy dish, is ready. Serve hot.
