Ingredients
- Drumsticks(cut into 2 inches piece) - 2 nos
- Pumpkin(peeled, de-seeded and cubed) - 250 g
- Potatoes(peeled and cut in 1 inch piece) - 3 nos
- Lady fingers - 200 g
- Tomatoes(sliced) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida(Kayam) - 2 pinches
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind(soaked in water) -
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Jaggery(grated, Sharkara) - 2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Then add in the drumsticks and allow it to cook till half done. Remove it from the flame.
- Heat oil in a vessel and fry the lady fingers till they become light brown. Remove it and add it to the previously cooked vegetables. Add sliced tomatoes too. Boil for a few more minutes and keep aside.
- Boil 1 cup of water with tamarind juice, chilly powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, salt and jaggery. Allow it to cook over a low flame till the gravy becomes thick and pour it into the vegetable mix.
- Heat the remaining oil and splutter the mustard seeds and asafoetida. Put it into the gravy.
- Mixed vegetable special is ready.
